NADRA Marriage Certificate Online Check & Verify
NADRA Marriage Certificate verification and manual checking assistance for Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Lahore.
Independent-service disclaimer: this website is not the official NADRA website and is not operated by NADRA.
Is Online Verification of a NADRA Marriage Certificate Possible?
No. Neither NADRA nor the local civil-registration authorities (Union Councils, Cantonment Boards, TMAs) currently offer a public online portal to check or verify a Marriage Registration Certificate. Verification can only be done by approaching the issuing authority’s office directly.
How Our Manual Verification Service Works
- Send your documents — share your CNIC and a clear scanned copy or photocopy of your Marriage Registration Certificate.
- We visit the issuing office — our staff attends the relevant Union Council, Cantonment Board or TMA office in person to confirm the record is genuine and on file.
- You receive the result — a verified copy, or a Certified True Copy (CTC/duplicate) if the original cannot be traced.
Service Fees
Our minimum service fee for any certificate-related service (verification, duplicate/CTC, or fresh issuance) is Rs. 5,000. Exact pricing depends on the certificate type, city and complexity of the case — please contact us to confirm the fee for your specific matter before proceeding.
| Service | Fee |
|---|---|
| Verification of an existing certificate | From Rs. 5,000 |
| Certified True Copy (duplicate) | From Rs. 5,000 |
| Courier delivery (TCS) | + Rs. 500 |
| Fresh Marriage or Divorce Certificate (new issuance) | From Rs. 5,000 each |
| Fresh Birth or Death Certificate (new issuance) | From Rs. 5,000 each |
Fresh-issuance cases are typically completed within 3–4 working days once the Union Council/Cantonment/Arbitration Council office confirms all requirements are met; this can vary case by case.
Authority Letter for Out-of-City Cases
If your certificate was issued from Karachi, Islamabad or Rawalpindi and you are not able to attend in person, an Authority Letter allows us to act on your behalf at the relevant office.
What Is NADRA’s Actual Role?
NADRA (National Database & Registration Authority) is the federal agency responsible for Pakistan’s civil-registration and identity infrastructure. Birth, marriage, divorce and death records are entered through this infrastructure by the competent local authority — which is why the resulting certificates are popularly called “NADRA” certificates, even though NADRA itself does not operate a public counter for issuing or verifying them directly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I verify a NADRA Marriage Certificate online myself?
No public online verification portal currently exists. Verification requires an in-person visit to the issuing office, or using a service such as ours to do this on your behalf.
What if my certificate turns out not to be genuine?
We report back honestly on what the issuing office’s record shows; we do not guarantee a particular outcome.
Can overseas Pakistanis use this service?
Yes — send your documents digitally and, where needed, an Authority Letter; the verified copy or CTC can be couriered to you.
